Group Human Resources provides overall strategic direction in relation to Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and support the facilities in their provision of human resource functions.

This includes

• Development of Human Resource strategic plan and coordination of implementation

• Coordination of recruitment, selection and retention processes and policies regarding performance review and management

• Executive coordination of Workplace Health and Safety Management and system development group wide

• Executive coordination of staff development programmes to meet the needs of the Human Resources so as to comply with risk minimisation and legislation
