There is a group wide approach to improving clinical and non clinical quality and the management of risks. Each facility has personnel responsible to the Executive Director/General Manager with the group wide processes being managed by the Group Quality and Risk Manager.

The purchase of Insurances and management of claims/potential claims are managed in accordance with the National SVHA and Partners program. This is coordinated via the Group Quality and Risk Manager and Company Secretary.
